You can book your seats direct from the venue's box office. Call 020 7087 7745 and one of their helpful staff will process your booking and answer any questions.
You can collect your pre-paid tickets on the day of the show, during the hour before it starts. Don't forget to take your booking reference number and the card with which you bought the tickets, as proof of purchase.
Pop along to the box office inside the theatre building on Earlham Street. It's open Monday – Saturday from 10am until shortly after the evening show starts, usually around half seven in the evening.
Make sure you find a STAR accredited online theatre tickets retailer. Just look for the official STAR logo.
STAR means the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers. They are bound by strict rules that ensure you're properly protected if something goes wrong. They will make sure the face value of tickets is always displayed clearly and tell you about any issues with stage views before you buy.
Many online sellers let you print their own theatre tickets instead of picking them up in person or getting them in the post. It's faster, more environmentally friendly and cheaper. Remember to print a ticket for every individual in your group.
